VETRO interior doors from the Vetro 04 line were created with passion and attention to the smallest details, these doors are a perfect combination of Italian precision of workmanship and the highest quality materials.
The door leaf, based on Italian technology, was made using high-quality coniferous sawn timber, joined longitudinally. During the lumber preparation process, all knots, resin pockets and other wood defects are carefully removed, ensuring excellent appearance and durability. Each element is glued on both sides with 6-9 mm thick MDF boards, then covered with five layers of painting and varnishing materials, and carefully sanded between layers. Thanks to this process, we achieve high durability of the coating, which protects the door for a long time.
We also offer various door leaf decoration options, including MDF painted in accordance with the RAL or NCS color palette and veneer. The glass finish is 4 mm thick overlay glass, painted from the inside in a selected color from the RAL palette, adding a unique look to the door.
